WEEK SEVEN OF TEACHING PRACTICE (22- 25)

Image
It was my last week of teaching practice.           The students surprised me with chocolates and letters as a gesture of love and gratitude. In return, I distributed sweets to them as a small token of my gratitude.           The farewell was filled with warm wishes and heartfelt goodbyes. Seeing the students' smiles and feeling their affection made the conclusion of this practice both memorable and emotional. It was a beautiful way to end this chapter, with moments that I will cherish for a long time.           I did not just teach my students; they taught me many things too.  I learned to be patient. I saw how a simple “Good" or “Well done” could make my students so happy and confident. I learned how to explain things different ways that all my students could understand. I also got better at listening to their ideas and problems. The best thing...

WEEK SIX OF TEACHING PRACTICE (15-19)

This week at school was busy and interesting. I observed a class about adolescence health for the secondary school students. The teacher used videos and interactive discussions to explain the physical and emotional changes during this stage. The students seemed interested and asked good questions, which helped them understand the topic better.      Outside of regular classes, students were involved in various activities. The art club was preparing for an exhibition, and sports teams were practicing. These activities help students develop both academically and personally.

This week was all about classes and completing the portions. I had to complete the chapter " Debts of Gratitude" by Selma Laferlof. Then I entered the next poem "Nothing Twice" by Wislawa Szymborska. The poem talks about the uniqueness of each moment and the need to cherish each and every moment in our life. I used various poetic devices and I explained it using chart. The poetic device like simile was explained and I asked the learners to find examples from the chapter and personification was also taken in the class I also had an oppportunity to see the students learn in the IT lab as I got a substitution hour for them while their teacher was immediately called to office for some work. This week we also get the opportunity to serve afternoon meal for the students.
