WEEK TWO OF TEACHING PRACTICE

We were really busy this week because of the youth festival. I had to watch over the students' practices for the festival and also teach my regular classes. It was important to make sure the students were practicing well and not wasting time. I also saw the students of NSS paint the school wall the preamble of our constitution.
On the 17th, the youth festival finally happened. Before that, there were a lot of things to arrange, and the students had to follow strict rules. We, the teacher trainees were in charge of the green room and discipline committee so, we had to make sure everything was running smoothly. There were several programmes like dancing, singing, and literary activities. It was also a bit challenging for us especially an unexpected quarrel among a few students and a last-minute change in the schedule. There only happened a technical glitch during a dance performances. Prizes to the winners were also distributed on the same day.
It was a bit challenging managing everything, but it felt great to see the students doing well and being happy about their achievements. This week taught me how to handle many things at the same time and keep things organized. Some times unexpected and unpleasant things can happen in school. We have to deal all of that calmly.
The next day on wards, we were on leave as we are having our Second Semester Examination for two weeks.
