LITHI- CAMP DAY 4

The fourth day of our community living camp was themed around Nature and was titled 'Saharsham Sanjaram'. It was a one-day tour to Malakkappara. We started our journey early at 4:30 a.m.and travelled by KSRTC bus. I was so excited for the trip. We danced and sang throughout the journey.

We stopped at some scenic spots on the way. However I began to feel weak and motion sickness slowly caught me. We reached Malakapara by 1 p.m , and along the way, we were able to spot wild elephants, a thrilling sight for many of us. However, the journey itself was not as exciting as we had anticipated.

On our return journey, we made stops at the Athirapalli and Vazhachal waterfalls. Spending time at these waterfalls was truly worth it. The serene beauty and the soothing sound of the water was the good part of the journey.

The long journey back in the bus left us all quite tired, but the company of friends and teachers made the entire experience enjoyable. We shared stories, laughed, and made the most of our time together. By 10:30 p.m., we finally reached Kayamkulam exhausted.
